Thick, high-quality mat with good adhesive. But my cat didn't like it. She tried to scratch the edge, her claws got caught, she pulled, and the mat started to peel off. Consider the cat's preferences, but it's worth trying as an option. It sticks very well to the smooth upholstery of the sofa.

It arrived in good condition, as described, attached with double-sided tape, and even measured specifically how much to cut off. I spent only 10 euros, and about 6 euros for the second one.
